To register for HCAHPS Webinar Training, select the "Please click here" at the bottom of this page and complete the Training Registration Form.
Please note that you will have the option
to register additional participants prior to submitting your training registration.
Training Registration will close on February 22, 2011! The week
prior to training the contact person at your organization, who is identified on
your training registration, will receive an email confirmation with the login telephone
number and pass code.
